These are the little mushrooms that i found on a tree. I know that they aren't plants, but I didn't know to which other category to submit this photo. Do you have a better suggestion?
~CHOSEN SONG LYRICS~ Ever since the day that I was made I've been deciding the end And I was made of wood and stone that won't diminish or burn So when the heavy hand of death is here to take me away I'll be the solid grip of time, forever holding my stay Nobody ever made a force that took a beating like me I call the earth and every scum to come and try to fight me Cus when I made the choice to live beyond the dirt that we tread I felt the curse of mortal limit fall before it was said When this season ends One final heart-break And blinding lights will guide our way Free us our blind state They will call us by our name Undying Tearing through these days I find the tolerance to strive and push on I know what lies beyond this life for me is already won No one can take away the blood that covers over my fall Without the blood of perfect life I know I'm nothing at all So now I reign forever hallowed in eternity's hand No man can shake me from the everlasting ground that I stand We are the ones who will still remain when all is laid to waste We are the ones who, when angels cry, will see them face to face We are the ones Undying
Wow! This piece demonstrates a lovely contrast! The stark (overcast?) sky and blurred branches leaves a wonderfully simple background to lead the eye to the focus. It also is very textural, and I just want to pet all those mushrooms and feel their bumpy softness! The one thing that I would comment on is the direction of the mushrooms. If one looks at line, the path that your bark above the mushrooms take lead the eye right off the image. Perhaps if you rotated the photo slightly clockwise and had the mushrooms more in a downward direction, the focus would remain on the page better! Lovely shot! I do really want to feel those mushrooms!
Thanks! Those mushrooms are really fluffy and soft thanks for your critique and suggestion! i might try to rotate the picture a bit and see if it looks better like that. Thank you again for taking a look and commenting, I really appreciate your time and kind words!
You're very welcome! I find the comments that people normally give kinda bland, and not helpful. Sure, it takes more time to write a decent comment, but its worth it to the artist. The artist can then see another perspective to their work. I think that an honest opinion is much more important than one that is only fluffy and praising.
Yeah, they sure are way more useful because they lead to some changes for the better it does take more time to analyze the work so you could write a comment like that, so thank you so much for doing it praising someone's work isn't doing much good except for the4 person's ego
exactly! Though praise never hurts, and it should always be a part of a critique. If I just mentioned what was wrong about a piece, the artist would think me a grouchy old man or something--- and Id probably hurt their feelings. So, its always good to note the things done well. It makes the artist like their art while seeing room for improvement.
thanks! i'm so glad that you like it since i find the shrooms so interesting and was disappointed when they got no attention. thanks taking a look and commenting, it means so much
Think different, there is a tree on the picture right? plants is okay
The focus is great, I can feel the tree's texture
